Life is a balance every day. Everything we do regenerates or degenerates our health. Think about that. You have a choice every single day to pause aging and regenerate your life. The goal isn’t to feel normal—it’s to feel extraordinary! Here are some powerful thoughts to keep in mind to Grow Younger and keep Regenerating!
- Life is magical. Don’t ever stop believing in miracles.
- Eat organic, plant-based foods, as much as possible.
- Balance and restore your hormones.
- Exercise 4 to 5 times a week.
- Eat a huge handful of raw mixed nuts every day.
- Forgive.
- BREATHE. Breathe deeply.
- Love and laughter are the tonics of life.
- Drink green tea 2 to 3 times a day.
- Take resveratrol, vitamin D3 and curcumin every day.
- Be kind. Give, give, give, and learn to receive.
- Sugar is toxic; it feeds cancer.
- Start the morning drinking alkaline water with fresh lemon.
- Eat slowly and only eat three-fourths of your food.
- Sleep is precious; get 7 to 8 hours.
- Pray… Live in gratitude every single day.
- Give hugs and kisses to loved ones every day.
- Orgasms keep you forever young.
- Real Wealth = Health + Longevity (more Time for Being and Loving)
- Treat your body like a temple. Don’t pollute it.
- Become an ETERNAL OPTIMIST!
